The Frontier crew greeted us with smiles, helped us get settled, and even handed out coloring pages to the kids. The flight itself was smooth and quiet, and while the seating was basic, it worked just fine for a short domestic route. We landed feeling surprisingly relaxed. For a no-frills airline, Frontier Airlines DTW out of DTW really delivered — not just in price, but in professionalism and ease. It’s not luxury, but it’s efficient, clean, and, most importantly, family-friendly when you plan ahead. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book them again from Detroit.
